Day 01: Arrival at Kolkata/Delhi

Arrival at Kolkata (land of Joy)/New Delhi. Received upon arrival and transferred to hotel. Day free at your, leisure. Evening, free. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 02: Full day sightseeing

Sightseeing the boulevards of the erstwhile British capital which still carries the reminiscence of the days of Raj in India. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 03: Kolkata/Delhi- Kalimpong

Morning drive to the airport for flight to Bagdogra. Received upon arrival and transferred to Kalimpong. Evening free to explore the local market. Overnight in Samthar Farm House.

Day 04: Kalimpong (sightseeing and drive to LAVA)

Morning visit Monastery and Kalimpong bazaar. Afternoon drive to Lava (2100m). Overnight in Forest Bunglow or Private Lodge.

Day 05: Lava

Visit to Lava Monastery and Nature Interpretation Center (1Km). View the magnum of Khanchenjunga massif, conifered hill slopes, deep gorges and valleys from your hotel / rest house. Overnight in Forest Bunglow or Private Lodge.

Day 06: Lava-Loleygaon

Drive to Loleygaon (24Kms) in the morning. LOLEGAON is a small offbeat destination in the northern part of West Bengal, 24 km from Lava and 54 km from KALIMPONG, LOLEGAON lies at an altitude of 1850 m above sea level. LOLEGAON is basically a tiny Lepcha village also known as Kafer and has recently been introduced as a tourism place in the state of West Bengal, offering views of the Eastern Himalayan snow ranges. LOLEGAON is famous for its natural beauty and views of Mt. Kanchenjungha. Check in the hotel/forest rest house. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Forest Bunglow or Private Lodge.

Day 07: Loleygaon

Early morning drive to Jhandidara (3Kms) for Sunrise. Situated at the dense forest covered hilltop, Jhandidara offers a panoramic view of the region and is one of the best places for Sunrise over the snow ridges. Back to the hotel for refreshment. Take short walks among the huge mossy Oaks and Cypress in the Heritage forest (1Kms). Overnight in Forest Bunglow or Private.

Day 08: Loleygaon- Rishop (43 Kms/1 hrs approx.)

Morning breakfast in the Bunglow. Later we proceed drive to Rishop. RISHYAP is a Himalayan hamlet in Darjeeling district of West Bengal. About 2591 m above sea-level, it’s a nice quaint village away from city crowds, with picturesque views of snow-capped mountains. The sun plays vermillion through the day. At night the big sky seems to come closer. Beneath the sky the twinkling lights of Gangtok & Pedong are similar to the twinkling stars above. Tourists are attracted by the natural beauty of Neora Valley National Park & TRIFINDARA. Both are enjoyed through trekking route which is a deep silent forest of pine, birch, fir & orchids with some soothing path following the chirps. On arrival Rishop, we proceed to Hotel & check in. Later we visit the local at your own. Overnight in the Hotel

Day 09: Rishop

Morning breaking in the Bungalow. later we have full day in Rishop. RISHOP is also enriched with variety of birds and dance forest enroot to TRIFINDARA. RISHYAP is covered with DHUPI, pine and rhododendron trees. ‘Ri’ stands for Mountain Peak & some say it ‘lofty’ & ‘shop’ means Old aged trees. At RISHYAP the night sky is bright and clear. It may seem that the stars have come closer. Far below, one can view the lights twinkling in the nearby towns and villages. You can also do trekking. You can enjoy the finest view of forest in RISHYAP. TRIFINDARA is a finest gallery from where you can see the Himalaya. The oldest name of TRIFINDARA is Sherpa Dara. There is a Pine forest situated in the lower of TRIFINDARA. A view tower is created in there. RISHYAP is a perfect destination for a family holiday, weekend break and general vacation tour. Take a break from the activities of daily life. The main tourist attractions of RISHYAP are viewing the mountain picks and enjoy the nature and birds, witness the sunrise and sunset, and relax.

Day 10: Rishop- Bagdogra/NJP (110 Kms/2 & 1/2 hrs approx.)

After breakfast you will be transferred to NJP/Bagdogra for your onward journey.
