Places to see: Delhi – Leh – Rumbak – Spituk – Khardung La

Day 01: Delhi – Leh

Transfer to airport in Delhi to connect flight for Leh. Arrival in Leh and transfer to the hotel. Afternoon at leisure. Evening visit Leh Bazar and Leh palace. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02: Leh

After breakfast, visit Spituk and Phyang monasteries. Lunch at Hotel. Afternoon visit Stok Palace and S.O.S. village. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03: Leh

After breakfast drive to Hemis visiting en route Shey Palace, Thiksey monastery. Shey palace was built in 1645 by Deldan Namgyal as a summer residence for the kings of Ladakh. It is the oldest palace in Ladakh. Thikse Gompa is the most picturesquely situated in Ladakh. Its buildings are arranged at various levels, leading up to the private apartments of the incarnate lamas. From here one has a magnificent view of the valley. Hemis Gompa is one of the most important in Ladakh, the largest and also the wealthiest. It was built in 1620 by the king-architect Singe Namgyal, a great patron of Buddhism. Hemis is the location for numerous religious festivals throughout the year. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 04: On trek

Sight seeing of Stok royal palace museum. On trek from Stok to the base of Stok La on full board basis with portage of personal baggage upto 15 kgs. O/n in tents.

Day 05: Leh – Rumbak

After breakfast on trek from Stok La at 4,900 m to Rumbak. Overnight stay at tents.

Day 06: Rumbak – Spituk – Leh

After breakfast on trek from Rumbak to Spituk and further drive back to Leh. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 07: Leh

After breakfast trip to Alchi monastery with packed lunch. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 08: Leh – Khardung La

After breakfast a same day trip to Khardung La at 18,300 feet which is the highest motor able pass in the world. Overnights stay at hotel.

Day 09: Leh

Full day in Leh for independents activities. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 10: Leh – Delhi

After breakfast transfer to airport to connect flight back to Delhi.
