Day 01:Arrival and Proceed to Kandy
On arrival at the Bandaranayke International Airport, you will be blessed to get your first taste of warm Sri Lankan hospitality; A Representative from Island Leisure Lanka will welcome you at the Airport & proceed to Kandy.

Pinnawela orphanage is situated northwest of the town Kegalle, halfway between the present capital of Colombo and the ancient royal residence Kandy in the hills of central Sri Lanka. It was established in 1975 by the Sri Lanka Wildlife department. This 24 acres, large elephant orphanage is an also breeding place for elephants, more than twenty elephants were born since 1984, and it has the greatest herd of elephants in captivity in the world.

Day 02:Visit Botanical Garden & Then proceed to Nuwara eliya

One of the most popular attractions in Sri Lanka, the Royal Botanical Garden in Peradeniya is located close to the city of Kandy. Established in 1843, the Peradeniya Garden features more than 10,000 different plants and trees which include over 4,000 labeled species. The beautifully landscaped and maintained garden is also famous for its collection of orchids, medicinal plants and palm trees. The National Herbarium is also attached to the garden while the spice garden is one of the main highlights here.
